Followers Technique Workshop with Jenny Sayer

(advance bookings only)

This 2-hour workshop will help you feel more confident, stylish and elegant on the dance floor.

You will be given the control needed to build strong technique and improve balance, musicality and connection. This class will help you to break tango down into  its component parts and give you the opportunity to work on exercises that will lead to a better understanding of the follower’s role as well as preparing you to complete more complex movements.  

Time will be given for you to practise and individual feedback will be given as to what each one of you might need to work on in order to improve your dance. Time will also be given to answer your questions. 

The workshop is intended for anyone who is committed to improving their dance - and with all the stretching and strengthening of feet, ankles, shapely legs are guaranteed!

WHEN: 2.30pm on Saturday 24 January - 2 hour workshop with 10 minutes break
